Inisio
Kierland Collection is a two-building office campus in North Scottsdale, Arizona, owned by Vero. Once a strong but conventional office asset, the property is undergoing an $18M+ renovation and full repositioning into a hospitality-driven, community-focused workplace — with reimagined hotel-style lobbies, a full-service café, a gym expanded five-fold with spa-style locker rooms, new outdoor social spaces, and flexible meeting environments. The repositioned property was rebranded Inisio.
Vero engaged Good City in December 2022 to lead creative and design services for the repositioning. Founder Amanda Potter and Studio Director Katie Hodge shaped the overall vision and hospitality amenity program, guided the fitness and wellness offering, helped identify and manage creative partners including architecture firm Zebra, and advised on the business planning behind Inisio’s club-like tenant offerings.
