The Boca Raton
The Boca Raton is a luxury resort and private members club in South Florida. The resort is comprised of 1,000 hotel rooms and sits on 300+ acres. The resort program includes 15 F&B outlets, an 18-hole golf course, a 50,000 square foot spa, 18 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, a full service marina, beach access, and multiple pools. The resort was acquired by MSD Capital, a subsidiary of the Dell Family Offices, in 2019.
MSD tapped Good City to advise on revamping the wellness experience at The Boca Raton Club and Resort. This includes a new 18,000 square foot, state-of-the-art fitness center at the Harborside and a new 2,500 square foot Beachside ancillary fitness center. Good City also advised on The Boca Raton’s racquet program to expand their pickleball offering and introduce padel.
