Kaufmann’s

Kaufmann’s is a newly renovated residential building in downtown Pittsburgh featuring 300 units and a vast array of amenities. Good City assisted ownership in creating a private membership club and workspace concept to take advantage of underutilized and excess space in the building. The Club at Kaufmann’s will feature 15,000 square feet of workspace and 20,000 square feet of rooftop social, fitness and pool areas.
