US living seeks to fuse the energy and life of a great social club with apartment living. With a pipeline to develop roughly twenty 400-unit projects over the next five years across the Sun Belt, US Living tapped Good City to steer the hospitality aspects of the concept. Good City Studio Founder Amanda acted as interim creative director for the company for six months during the initial establishment of the vision and value proposition.
