The Battery
The Battery reimagines a hundred-year-old power generation station on the Delaware River as a residential lifestyle community and mixed-use development including fitness, workspace, and event space. The project is located in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood, a hot spot for restaurants, bars and nightlife.
Good City Principal David Gutstadt was tapped by the project developer, Lubert Adler, to lead project concepting, programming, business strategy, design, operational strategy, and marketing. Good City Studio produced original design directions for the project’s hospitality spaces. The project is slated to open in 2023.
