Atelier 1418

Atelier 1418 is a 35,000 square foot private workspace club that will offer turnkey suites and private offices catering to the highest-end of the market. Good City Principal David Gutstadt created the business plan for owner Lubert-Adler and oversaw design, branding and planning for all aspects of this project. Members of 1418 will have access to the vast amenities at the Bellevue campus including the Sporting Club, a private rooftop pool, hotel and multiple F&B offerings.
