Paseo South Gulch

Somera Road is developing one of Nashville’s most expansive new urban mixed-use projects in one of the city’s hottest neighborhoods – The Gulch. The project will include extensive residential, office, retail, and hotel.

Good City was brought on by partner Trestle Studio to concept a premium fitness-forward club meant to complement hotel and condo amenities and appeal to Nashville’s rapidly growing pool of sophisticated urbanites. Paseo South Gulch will offer a 20,000 SF fitness facility, spa, rooftop pool, restaurant bar and lounge. Good City is under discussion to manage and operate the Club upon opening in 2025.
