The Bellevue

The Bellevue opened in 1904 and, for years thereafter, was described as the most luxurious hotel in the nation. Since 2020 Good City has been working with the complex’s new owners to craft one of Philadelphia’s finest mixed-use developments, which in addition to the hotel, will include apartments, fitness, workspace, event space, dining outlets, and retail.
