Fitler Club
Good City principals David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter concepted, designed, built, and operated Fitler Club, which opened in 2019. The 115,000 SF private members club integrates social spaces, fitness facilities, workspace, F&B, events, and hotel accommodations—the largest and most comprehensive club of its kind. In 2017, Amanda joined David in Philadelphia to lead design and development for the visionary concept. The club’s success earned Surface Magazine’s Best Private Members Club award in 2019.
Fitler Club’s innovative programming includes Offsite, a 30,000 SF dedicated workspace featuring private offices, dedicated desks, and coworking lounges. The workspace component commands a 100% premium to market competition and operates at near full occupancy, demonstrating strong market demand for hybrid club concepts that blend social membership with professional workspace.
